Azja Frazier's date awaits outside the steps of her house, which is decorated with black and gold balloons, a garland of glittering stars and a red carpet rolled from the front door. As he waits, Beyoncé's Formation starts playing, and professional dancer Floyd D Wimberly emerges through the fringes in white pants and a black top.

After several seconds, he launches into Bey's "Formation" choreography, nailing every move, before walking down the steps to make room for a second dancer.

Frazier then appears from the door rocking a yellow dress and striking a pose on the top step as her friends and family cheer.

The Illinois teenager revealed through BuzzFeed that she’s in love with Beyonce’s new song and felt that it was a moment she needed in order to shine."I wanted something to entertain my guests while they were waiting on me to come out, I wanted to slay..”
