A female fan jumped on Enrique Iglesias and wouldn’t let go. See how the singer defended his biggest fan from security as they rush to take her off stage.

It appears that the Spanish singer really appreciates his fans, even the ones that jump on him. During a concert in Baku, Azerbaijan a few days ago, a female fan rushed onstage and jumped on Iglesias. The woman wrapped her legs around the 41-year old singer for almost a minute and so the security rushed in to remove the woman. Surprisingly, Iglesias prevented security from removing her. He stopped the men from taking her off of him.

The fan handed him a letter of some sort and he thanked her with a hug, which led to another wrapping her legs around him, again. The security officers attempted for a second time to remove the girl from the stage, and then things got a little confusing. Iglesias protected his fan from the five guards, whom seemed to be concerned because of security reasons. It’s clearly seen that the woman had this scared look off her face, and Iglesias tried his best to protect his fan.

The Hero singer personally defended and walked his fan to a place where she could go down without problem. “Security, take it easy,” he said right after the incident. "To keep everybody safe is all that I need." See another shot of the incident below.
