Jiggy and his child celebrity, Matthew transform your mornings!
Good Morning Cebu! Jiggy In The Morning wakes you up not only with that freshly roasted coffee he prepare but with prizes galore, so if this adrenaline doesn’t give you the best rush ever, nothing will!
A quick insight of the show though: Jiggy has to be the most entertaining DJ with the hottest hits captivating all his listeners including his very own co-host, the 7 year old Matthew. Talk about being a trendsetter? I yet have to hear a morning show as happening as this one with our child celebrity – a quick witted kiddo that’s almost like an adult!
“The whole idea of the morning show is to manufacture smiles” says Jiggy as he explains how easy it is to be negative. With all the toxic and unconstructive news people have to process, he offers an alternative lifestyle by bringing his listeners positive vibrations transforming the mornings into an oasis.
He reiterates that news is crucial although “It is important to care about the right things” without being ignorant about what is happening around us. There may be more significant issues to tackle in the morning including your family, school work and other immediate matters one has to challenge and it is important to remain focused on what needs to be addressed.
Going into the topic of his new VIP, Jiggy gave me the scoop on how he hooked up with Matthew – he was an avid listener of Y101 who called in every morning without fail so one fine day, our cockcrow megastar asked him to pass by the studios to join him in one of his shows. Matthew joined him repeatedly and before he knew it, he became a star himself!
And truth being said, people have stopped Matthew in public places like SM for a picture! Now how awesome is that?
