Justin Bieber posted clips on Instagram of himself singing a Taylor Swift song. Later Taylor Swift responded and it’s beginning to look like their feud is over.
Fans of both pop artists got confused yesterday when Justin Bieber posted two Instagram video clips of himself singing along to Taylor Swift’s 2006 hit Teardrops on My Guitar.
While driving around, Justin played the 10-year old country song (yes can you believe the song’s already ten years old?), which tells the story of the singer’s unrequited love for a boy named Drew.
“Who’s Drew”, Justin Bieber asks in a second clip. Probably a clever joke If a Justin Bieber fan would know better. Bieber’s middle name is Drew.
Bieber and Taylor don’t appear to be super tight. The two singers kind of have a history of bad blood. Taylor has made it clear she’s not his biggest fan ever since Justin broke Selena Gomez’ heart. The Blank Space singer has always been defensive about her best friend Selena. Taylor comforted Selena when she cried over Justin during her birthday party. Once they were at a concert where Bieber was playing, Taylor could be seen in the audience giving a less-than enthusiastic reaction to his high-energy performance. Despite their songs go back to back on the radio, Taylor didn’t invite Justin to play in her 1989 concert tour.
However, if Taylor’s latest actions on Instagram mean anything, her hard feelings towards Justin might have blown over.
