For most people, the 90’s was the best of everything.
As kids, we were given the best TV shows! Remember waking up early to watch Cartoon Network? How about Nickelodeon? Kids were given family-friendly shows that grown-ups would love to watch too. Shows like Figure It Out were a regular family thing!
Another thing was that most of the female artists didn’t need to show much skin in order to be famous! The fashion back then was the typical shirt and jeans- we loved them and they were contented with that fashion. Everything was on the bright side, tunes were easy and lyrics made more sense compared to how music is made now.
Who would not remember their favorite chick flicks? Clueless, The Wedding Singer and She’s All That? Oh those were the days. Everything was so simple and care-free back then. There were lots of things that did not need anything sexual compared to what we have now. There are only a few “clean” movies and artists out there.
The 90’s also had the best music. Beck, Nirvana, Third Eye Blind, Blink 182, Rammstein and many more! The 90’s, in terms of quality music had the best. It’s sad to see that the bands we have now are not so “deep” and interesting. Many singers have repetitive, shallow lyrics and sexual themes!
If you were a person of the 90’s, you will know what this article is trying to say. We are not saying that most of the music and shows right now is bad; there are some worth an eye however most are the same.
