Ho Ho Ho’s!

Chad, one of Y101’s “studliest” DJ, is the host of the show Midday Vibe. During the holidays though, he steps away from all that sweat and swagger to enjoy the comforts of his family, and friends. The Christmas holidays Chad says is a very important and joyous time of the year. He explains that this is the time of year he loves because everyone is in an extra giving mood.

“Giving of gifts is always a great feeling, but more importantly receiving of gifts is what’s fun” Chad jokingly says. But he adds that he loves to spoil his kids during this time of the year, often times giving them gifts as well as a little extra spending money for them to spend at the mall.

Though he expressed that he favors Christmas over the New Year celebration, it is still not out of his agenda to enjoy his new years with a few of his buddies. “Celebrating Christmas could be quite a task though” he explains, “I have to spend Christmas eve with my children, Christmas day with my wife’s family, and Christmas dinner with my own relatives.” In effect he celebrates 2 Christmas days.

Everyone has different Christmas experiences, different memories, and different people they spend it with each year. “Every Christmas is memorable”, Chad the Stud. He always explains that the little things that make the holidays extra memorable are “Peace of mind… Contentment…. And Expensive Gifts! “, LOL.
