Jiggy Jr. has always been a fan of Star Wars

With the release date of the new Star Wars: The Force Awakens nearing, it’s no surprise to see that everyone at the Y101 office is eagerly anticipating its release. So we pulled aside your one and only Jiggy Jr to share some thoughts about the December 17 releasing of Star Wars: The Force Awakens.

He reveals that he has been an avid and proud Star Wars fan since birth. Those were the days when the Star Wars franchise (and Star Trek) ruled the sci-fi movie industry, and laid the foundation for all future sci-fi movies to come. It comes to no surprise that he was influenced so early in his life, just as so many others have as well; this was truly the golden age of science fiction.

Jiggy Jr admits that picking a favorite star wars character is a tough choice. We have so many to choose from, from the smoking hot Princess Leia (Carrie Fisher) or Padmé Amidala (Natalie Portman) all the way to Chewbacca, the Star Wars franchise boasts a wide range of equally loveable characters. If Jiggy had to make an absolute choice though, he would select Darth Vader. No other character strikes fear like the once heroic Jedi who had been seduced by the dark side of the Force, who later became a Sith Lord and went on to lead the eradication of the Jedi Order.

Much controversy still exists about which Star Wars was the best. Many will tell you that the first trilogy (episodes I-III) are a complete waste of time, where others will tell you the opposite. Jiggy Jr personally still favors the original trilogy, and A New Hope and has even said that he falls asleep to the Star Wars DVD collection every now and again. In fact he has influenced his whole family to share his enthusiasm for Star Wars. His eldest son also regularly watches the animated series Star Wars Rebels on the television set.

The world has anticipated the release of this new chapter in the Star Wars series. Whether you are a fan of the first trilogy, second trilogy, or animated series one thing is for certain; Star Wars: The Force Awakens is out in two weeks, and its ‘gonna be a kick butt movie! Jiggy Jr guarantees it! He says his dreams have been flooded with Star Wars visions, and he prophesizes a shocking ending! Will Jiggy Jr be right, we will have to wait until December 17!
