Everyone involved in the high profile heartbreaks is set to benefit financially. Adele and Sam Smith got rich over failed relationships and now the music industry's undisputed royalty, Jay-Z and Beyonce Knowles are raking in over $220M over all the hype and controversy surrounding Lemonade. Marital problems came to light years ago after that famous incident in the elevator between Jay and queen B's sister, Solange Knowles.

Several songs on her new LP allude to being cheated on and betrayed by the man she loves, although neither she nor her rapper spouse have publicly commented on how true-to-life the lyrics are. However, according to a report by The Daily Star, insiders to the couple “both saw dollar signs” and fueled the gossip to orchestrate the greatest rock ‘n’ roll swindle since Malcolm McLaren stage managed The Sex Pistols. Another source for the publication revealed “Jay is a very smart businessman and was involved in the creation of Lemonade. He knew every song Bey was going to release. He knew the lyrics – he knew the implications.The bottom line is that they are both really smart.”

In a report by Express UK, the ongoing publicity surrounding Lemonade and its content has seemingly paid off massively in terms of its sales: the album is reportedly set to bow at Number One in the US this weekend with almost half a million copies sold.

Meanwhile, while both entertainers are earning millions,Rita Ora and Rachel Roy, who were both allegedly involved with Jay on separate occasions, have suffered the wrath of the royal subjects. It even got so ugly that fans mistook Racel Ray for Rachel Roy and vowed to stop watching her shows! Ray has since made her Instagram account private and as for Roy, although posting the now deleted "Good hair, don't care" statement, the designer will eventually have to care because all the bad publicity is going to hurt her business real soon.
