GoT writer says Season 6 Episode 7 will contain his favorite sequence in all seasons of the show, a sequence that took a week to film.
Bryan Cogman, one of the writers of the Game of Thrones TV series, says that Monday’s episode will contain a big sequence that fans will love. He himself personally enjoyed watching the sequence being filmed while it took seven days to finish.
"All I can say about next week’s episode is there was a week of shooting a particular sequence/storyline that was my favourite week on set in six seasons of Game of Thrones.", Cogman revealed.
A lengthy shoot usually means a lot of people, though we shouldn’t expect the Boltons vs. Starks battle just yet, as that apparently took a whole six weeks to film and will probably be in the season finale.
The trailer for Episode 7, which is called The Broken Man, doesn’t give a huge amount away, though it does tease the quiet return of another much-loved character.

Season 6 is looking pretty epic so far, which is a bummer that it’s probably ending real soon. Answers are being dished, character arcs are leaping ahead and the pace has been hurtling along at a breakneck speed. Next year we’ll even get less Game of Thrones since Season 7 will only feature seven episodes when normally we get ten to thirteen episodes a season.
