Celine Dion Impressively Performs Britney Spears,

"My career's going to end tonight," the iconic My Heart Will Go On singer joked.

Celine Dion is known for slaying a ballad or ten in her repertoire. So during an appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show yesterday, it was a surprise to hear Celine Dion abandon her usual set list of belting ballads like The Power of Love and All By Myself in exchange for rapid-fire hip-hop anthems.

After Ellen teased Celine to "keep growing as an artist," the host slapped some rap lyrics on the Teleprompter for Dion to belt. The vocal powerhouse then zipped through melodic versions of Nelly's Hot in Herre, LMFAO's Lil Jon-assisted Shots (she also interpolated snippet of Sia's Chandelier), Britney Spears' Work Bitch and Missy Elliott's Work It. Dion joked, "My career's going to end tonight."

During her visit on the show, Celine also spoke about the death of her husband, Rene Angelil, who passed away this past January at the age of 73 after a long battle with throat cancer. "It is tough, I have to admit," she offered in another segment. "It's part of our life, and life has imposed this on him. That was his destiny and I still feel extremely fortunate that he has given me three magnificent children—wonderful pieces of luggage."
