House of Gold returns this Saturday night for its second season. And once again KAYU: Kitchen + Bar is hosting the event and serving another set of delicious meals and drinks to go with the music. Chef Izzy said he’s preparing two new special dishes along with the same menu that the guests have enjoyed since the previous House of Gold parties.
As what Chef Izzy told us, he’ll be introducing a Jamaican-style spiced chicken hot smoked in KAYU Kitchen’s house smoker for an hour. He will also debut a special seafood risotto which everyone should try. A risotto is a creamy rice dish popular in Italy but Chef is putting an Asian twist by adding a homemade Thai green curry paste, coconut milk and seafood which will be poached in the green curry.
These dishes will only be made available exclusively for the House of Gold party this Saturday night, January 26, 2019.
