Disney and Pixar has another hit in their hands with ‘Coco’. The love letter – in a form of an animated movie - to Mexico and its traditions opened at number one at the weekend box office with an estimated $49 million dollars in just three days.

The 19th feature film offering from Pixar Animated Studios averaged a sturdy $12,295 from close to 4,000 locations worldwide.

The movie received strong reviews as well.
