Taylor Swift dropped into Colorado Hospital to visit 12-year old cancer patient and Swiftie fan, Delaney Clements.

“I was just laying down taking a nap in my room when my mom said I had a visitor. And I thought it might just be another person coming to see how I was. Then suddenly the most amazing miracle happens...”

Clements, who is diagnosed with neuroblastoma when she was 8, posted on her Instagram a selfie of her and Swift.

“The Taylor Swift walked into my bedroom and spent the afternoon with me just talking and hanging! I am beyond blessed for everyone's help and support!” Clements concluded.

Earlier this month, Clement’s mother shared to Facebook horrible news about Delaney’s condition. She said that her cancer has spread to the head. Delaney’s friends and family then started the social media campaign #DelaneyMeetTaylor in hopes of reaching out to the Shake it Off singer, Delaney’s musical idol.

The singer spent the afternoon with Clement and her family at the hospital room hanging out and taking multiple pictures which included silly selfies.

Christmas can always make everybody happy.
