If you are wondering where to go for a short vacation away from the busy city, then this resort can be one of your options.

Costabella Tropical Beach Hotel is located along the coastline of Mactan and will take your breath away. Don’t expect a very big resort- Costabella is small and beautiful. It is a lot peaceful compared to other resorts and the food is pretty affordable for people willing to spend that extra cash.

There are small pools which are surrounded by the hotel rooms and one pool has a slide for people who want some thrill although the slide isn’t very high, the people using it were enjoying it a lot. The beach area is small but if you swim there and go deeper (be careful), you might see fishes if you are lucky enough!

The rooms are beautiful but they aren’t cheap, of course. It is spacious and can fit a big family although it is not recommended. You are also provided with a great view on the terrace which gives you that luxurious feel.  This place is recommended for people who want to relax- the place isn’t too big for the adventurous type of people. All in all, Costabella is a great place and it suits our preferences.
