The Asik-Asik Falls are enchanting and majestic waterfalls located in the remote area of Barangay Dado in Alamada, North Cotabato, Mindanao island. Due to its location, only very few people have visited the place.
Asik-Asik, which means “sprinkle-sprinkle” in the local Hiligaynon language, is named after the sprinkling of falling water on nearby rocks. Lush vegetation covers the entirety of the ravine and adds mystery as to where the water is coming from. The most likely sources are thought to be springs deep within the mountain or an underground river.
