If you want the ultimate island hopping experience, then you have to head to the beautiful Palawan.

Just heading to the destination is pretty awesome already. You see small islets with really white sand. From there, you can also feed fishes which make the experience exciting and relaxing. If you want, you can snorkel (please, do it by all means) and see a lot of marine life just going with their lives.  The water is very clear so take advantage of it.

You might just see the life hidden under the water. One time, there was a clam which was about a meter in length and height and it was beautiful and at the same time, scary. Who knows, if you place a part of your body there, you might not get away. Still – it’s something we all want to see.

If you get hungry, there are lots of nearby islands that offer fresh food for your hunger. If you have some extra cash to spend, then go for the high-end islands there.

After the trip, you will expect that everything’s over but it is not. The islets you passed by are now just the tip of a tree. The tides will rise making those tiny ones disappear which are a bit haunting but really magical.

Safety Tips For Palawan Travel:

1. Be Protected against Malaria - Go to your nearest health center and have them vaccinate you whatever is necessary or give you some anti-malaria medicine. Apply a mosquito repellant.

2. Be Careful of Jellyfishes - After a storm, expect a number of jellyfishes floating happily. These happen in deep water but it’s better to be safe than having yourself experience the sting.

3. Always Bring Some Money - Even if ATMs are accessible, it is common knowledge that you bring some cash with you for emergencies.

Have fun in Palawan!
