sunset cruise

Every weekend’s a party on the Sunset Cruise and we had sweet house music all night long! A recap of last weekend's playlist.

We light up the night on the Sunset Cruise every weekend. The DJ’s throw in their groovy mixes as passengers onboard bopped to the beat of the music and to the rhythm of the rain. The Sunset Cruise featured awesome house music like;

Yes, that sounds just like Cyndi Lauper, but no it is not. That’s Bonnie Bailey one of Fierce Angel's finest songwriters. Bonnie has already scored chart success with Everywhere on house music charts. Some of her best loved tracks include Ever After and Rise. Bonnie has a huge following on Facebook and her Youtube views are in the hundreds of thousands. Kingdom of Pretty features mixes from The Bassmonkeys and Eric Kupper, with the latter’s mix dropped on the Sunset Cruise.

Eric Kupper is considered to be part of the foundation for house music as it exists today. He got his start by being a remix DJ in the mid-80s. He remixed the the 2006 house track Rise by Samantha James and giving it the Kupper touch. As a DJ, Kupper has played and continues to perform all around the world

Now continuing through the progressive house beats, the Sunset Cruise featured the Almighty mix of Milky’s Just the Way You Are..Milky is an amazing house group from Italy who debuted number one in the Billboard Dance Chart in 2003 with Just the Way You Are. The track features the vocals of German singer Giuditta, whose lyrical "do-do-do's" make up the song's most memorable chorus line, and is a sample of Paul McCartney’s song Listen to What the Man Said. Just the Way You Are is best remembered by its Ibiza-influenced guitar beat, done over a pair of sampled tracks. A really cool trio of progressive house songs heard on the Sunset Cruise
