It is not only money or clothes that people are deprived of but also the luxury of going to dreamland. How many hours do you sleep at night? Well, for a person on the graveyard shift, sleeping might be the hardest thing to do.

The human body needs sleep. Research says that humans need eight hours of sleep a day. But what will happen if one does not get the required hours? Will a person become insomniac and look like the crypt keeper? Lack of sleep even damages the brain.

The softness of a pillow and the warmth of a bed can only be felt during sleep. Being deprived of sleep can result in serious consequences.

Some people are more active at night. This is when they party and have fun. But a person’s body needs to rest. If a body is deprived of this, one will feel tired, look old, and be unhealthy.

So if you want to be healthy you better treat your body well by getting enough sleep.
