Ozzy Osbourne and his wife, Sharon, have been sued by an organization that operates a gated community next to the couple's Los Angeles home.

According to TMZ.com, the Mountain View Estate Owners' Association claims the Osbournes built a fence in their backyard that extends into property owned by the group.

The association wants Ozzy and Sharon to remove the fence from its land.
