More details of the romantic proposal and celebrations of the Brangelina engagement have emerged. According to Us, Brad Pitt presented Angelina Jolie with a 0,000, 16 carat diamond ring in front of their six children.
An Us source says “Angelina cried and smiled” at the proposal. Then, “Everyone hugged once she put [the ring] on. She went around and showed it to each of the kids.”
The Jolie-Pitt gang was also right there for the follow-up dinner celebrations, reports E!Brad and Angie flew the kids -- Maddox, Shiloh, Pax, Zahara, Vivienne and Knox -- with them on a private jet to the Galapagos Islands.
The final push for getting the couple to commit to marriage after seven years may also have come from their children’s love of the movies. During an appearance on Nightlinelast year, Jolie said “They see movies that have the people getting married [and] the happily ever after. Shrek and Fiona are married.”
