Gerard Butler has completed a three-week stint at the Betty Ford Center, where he reportedly received treatment for substance abuse. His manager told TMZ.com on Friday, "Gerard left Betty Ford early this morning and he's healthy."
TMZ.com previously reported that the 42-year-old actor initially developed pain-related issues while working on the action film 300 in 2006. He reportedly became reliant on prescription drugs after he was injured last December in a surfing accident while shooting the movie Of Men and Mavericks.
TMZ also claimed Butler had "issues with cocaine," though that was not the main reason why he checked into the California rehab facility.
