If you want to impress everyone with the sweets you bake, then have it the professional way. Bake all you want and let them eat all they can. One good sweet you can easily make is the not-so-usual crème brulee dessert!

Very easy indeed, just make sure you mix the proper amount with the right combination of ingredients. You need to have 4 cups of heavy cream, 1 teaspoon of vanilla, ½ cups of sugar, 6 large egg yolks. Also prepare boiling water and don’t forget the sugar for topping of the crème brulee.

How to make it?

Just observe few simple steps you need. Firstly, pre-heat your oven to 300 degrees. Bring cream and vanilla to a simmer on the stove. Afterwards, remove the cream-vanilla mixture from stove and let it cool for 10 minutes. For the meanwhile, beat egg yolks and sugar until creamy and light yellow. Make sure to place the blend in a baking dish with a dish towel in it. Place it in the oven for 30-40 minutes or until creme brulee jiggles only a little and appears mostly firm. Remove then from oven and place in fridge for a couple hours to cool. When ready to serve top with thin layer of sugar and brown with a cooking torch to create a hard glass like top on the custard.
