I snuck in some few minutes to talk too Jeane Louise on what she thinks her cause is.

Jeane Louise is a member of BASADOURS and as a member, she volunteers in group reading and storytelling to the less privileged children. BASADOURS aim to empower vocabulary and widen the children’s knowledge and imagination. BASADOURS also want to encourage creativity in reading and story-telling.

Since most kids of today are holding a gadget than a book. Jeane Louise hopes to encourage everyone to read. She believes that children should love reading and spend time with books instead of the TV and computer. I agree to this! I may be a gamer but I also love to read books however, children nowadays are just wasting their childhood in computer cafes and iPads. I bet they never tried playing games with a lot of children the whole afternoon until exhausted!

When asked what Christmas decoration she would be, she said “Christmas lights”. Christmas lights are amazing; they beautify the place and the decorations.
