You better find other routes if you don’t want to get stuck in traffic.

Tomorrow (Wednesday, 27 April 2016) the Liberal Party will have its rally near the Capitol Site, thus Cebu City Traffic Operations (CCTO) advised motorists and commuters to avoid the area as much as possible to avoid being stuck in traffic.

The President Benigno Aquino III, presidential candidate Mar Roxas and running mate Leni Robredo will come to Cebu as the Liberal Party to campaign and rally starting at 1pm.
The president will join the BOPK rally at the Capitol Grounds and later will join the campaign rally of Roxas and Robredo.

Joy Tumulak, operations chief of the CCTO, advised people who don’t want to get stuck in traffic to change routes.

“Those coming from Gorordo Avenue passing through Escario Street may take the left turn to Juana Osmena Street. Those coming from Banawa and Guadalupe or from Fuente Rotunda may pass through J. Avia Street instead of passing through the area in front of the Capitol.”
