What to bring for ISLA Music Festival

ISLA Music Festival is happening this April 12 to 15.

ISLA Music Festival is a celebration of Filipino music, fashion, and food at Santa Fe, Bantayan Island this April 12 to April 15!

If you want to buy tickets for the festival, you can order them here or you can contact #09420912317 for inquiries.

Since the festival encourages you to be on the island for 4 days, there are a lot of things you need to prepare. Here’s some of them.

MONEY

Don’t forget to bring lots of money. There will be lots of food and lots of drinks, and you may want to try them all! But always remember to leave an amount for the fare home.

EASY-TO-PREPARE FOOD

If you don’t like spending too much on food. You can bring your own. Some bread and spread will do. Bring also your own supply of water if you don’t want to buy at the festival. But I encourage you to spend at least a little there. After all, ISLA Music Festival is also a celebration of food, so why not help out the entrepreneurs at ISLA.

TENT

You are advised to bring a tent to the island as you will spend about three nights there. You can also rent a place to stay at Bantayan, but I don’t vacant rooms are still available. Tents are fun and you will be provided a space to set up anyway. You might even meet new friends at your tent city, so bring extra blankets and pillows!

A FLAG POLE!

How about bring a flag and pole to raise for your campsite? When you're coming back from the festival grounds, tired and inebriated, it'll make it easier to identify where you're camped amongst the sea of tents!

BEACH ESSENTIALS

That includes your sunblock, your sunglasses, your beach shorts, hats! If you don’t feel like going to the party, you can always head out to the beach and join the crowd later. It’s summer after all, what’s important is you have fun!

A BAG FOR YOUR TRASH

It will eventually get messy at beach parties. It’s important that you keep your environment clean and care for Bantayan Island by not leaving any trash around. Although there might be trash cans on the island, I still suggest you have a trash bag of your own so not to make the trash cans there overflow.
