Calling all kids! You’re invited to a Halloween Ball on October 30, Sunday, 1PM at SM Seaside City Cebu. Now's the time to parade in your finest costumes for their Trick or Treat, and enjoy spooktacular games while you dance to your feet. Prizes await the best dressed creature! So come for a scare, if you dare!
So here's the mechanics on how to join:
1.) Present a minimum P500 single/accumulated receipt (from Oct 22, 2016 - Oct 30, 2016) from any stores in SM Seaside City Cebu.
2.) Participants shall fill out the Registration Form with the following attachments:
a.) Photocopy of Birth Certificate or Valid I.D’s with Birth Date
b.) Signed Parent’s/Guardian’s Waiver (stated on the form)
3.) Registration Forms will be available starting October 22, 2016 at the Concierge (LGF and UGF).
4.) Deadline of Submission of forms is on or before October 29, 2016, 5PM.
5.) Halloween Ball Passes will be distributed on October 30, 2016, 10AM onwards at the Mountain Wing Atrium.
