Frank Andrew Hoover has violated a restraining order that Taylor Swift’s lawyers sent him back in 2016. Hoover allegedly followed Swift when she was in Austin, Texas. Reports say he followed the singer to the airport and waited for her near her private jet.
Because of that, Hoover has been sentenced to ten years probation and will be monitored by GPS surveillance for at least a year. Hoover has also been ordered to give up all his firearms, take consistent psychological and drug evaluation, and to keep at least a mile away from Taylor Swift and her family.
