Matt Damon reveals why Donald Trump appeared in 90’s moviesImage: success-street.com

Before he was known as the 45th President of the United States of America, Donald Trump was known as the eccentric billionaire who kept appearing on so many 1990’s movies. Trump appeared in movies like Home Alone 2, The Associate, and The Little Rascal. He also made cameos in TV shows like Suddenly Susan and The Fresh Prince of Bell-Air. It's so absurd why he would appear in so movies when he's not even an actor.

Well, actor Matt Damon revealed why. Speaking to The Hollywood Reporter,  Damon explained that whenever film productions requested to film in one of his buildings, Trump, the egomaniac, would insist that a part was written for him in the movie.

“[Director] Martin Brest had to write something in Scent of a Woman – and the whole crew was in on it,” Damon said: “You have to waste an hour of your day with a bullshit shot: Donald Trump walks in and Al Pacino’s like, “Hello, Mr. Trump!” – you had to call him by name – and then he exits.”

“You waste a little time so that you can get the permit, and then you can cut the scene out. But I guess in Home Alone 2 they left it in.”
