Arcade Fire has released a new USB fidget spinner, which contains a digital download of their new album ‘Everything Now’, and is available for the price of $109 (P5,500).
The band has been doing meta marketing for their latest record. They created a fictional Everything Now Corporation that seized control of the band’s image and branding. Other stunts include the release of a “dress code” for their concerts, parody T-Shirts (spoofing the controversial Kendall and Kylie Jenner music clothing line), and the launch of a spoof music website which reviews the reviews of the new album.
