James Corden criticize Donald Trump’s transgender banImage Source:thr.com

Last week, U.S. President Donald Trump tweeted that he’s banning transgender people from serving the military. As a response, comedian James Corden parodied Nat King Cole’s classic, L-O-V-E and dedicated it to the president.

Corden changed the title of the classic standard, L-O-V-E to ‘L-G-B-T’ and alters the lyrics to reflect Trump’s poor record on support for people from the LGBTQ community. Corden performed the parody on his late night show, The Late Late Show with James Corden.

In the cover, Corden performs a dance routine and swaps the lyrics: “And love is all that I can give to you/Love is more than just a game for two” to “So the army’s now refusing trans women who want to serve/Trans men who want rights we all deserve.”
