It was the first time Britney Spears have ever been to the turbulent country of Israel. Although Spears’ security detail was substantial, Tel Aviv news outlets reported that her visit to the Israeli city was a “veritable mob scene”.

Spears performed at Tel Aviv’s Yarkon Park yesterday, the same outdoor venue where Justin Bieber and Aerosmith recently headlined and where Radiohead is due to take the stage on July 19. Despite the reported commotion she allegedly experienced, a Twitter user pointed out that the pop star looked happy just after the concert.
