The controversial Lindsay Lohan is set to return to television screens this year by appearing in a British sitcom.
The actor will star in the series Sick Note alongside Rupert Grint, the actor best known for playing Ron Weasley in Harry Potter.
Sick Note is a show about a man (played by Grint) who is incorrectly diagnosed with a terminal illness by his doctor (played by Nick Frost). The series will air its first season later this year. Lohan will however, not appear in the show until the second season. As yet, there is no confirmed air date for that season as well.
Lindsay Lohan has not appeared on TV since 2015, when she made a guest appearance in an episode of 2 Broke Girls.
