Actor Vin Diesel has recently teased the music world by announcing he had collaborated with EDM giant Steve Aoki on a track he reckons could win him his first Grammy award.
In an interview with the L.A. Times, Diesel video-called Aoki to assist him in retelling the story of how they got together to collaborate, calling the project they’re working on together as a “monster track”. “What Vin brought to the table, I’ve never experienced before,” Aoki said.
“I think it’s going to blow people’s minds,” the DJ continued. Later in the interview, Diesel turned to his assistant and said: “I’m gonna get a Grammy before I get an Oscar!”
