It’s exactly one year ago since we heard of the tragic news of Prince’s passing.
Last year on April 21, guitar-legend, genius songwriter, His Purple Majesty, Prince was found dead at his home in Minnesota at the age of 57.
The police were summoned to the musician’s Paisley Park estate and there they found Prince’s body lying in an elevator. A few weeks later, it was found out the singer died of opioid overdose.
The acclaimed and influential musician became a global superstar in the 1980s, with albums such as 1999, Purple Rain and Sign O' the Times. He recorded more than 30 albums and written several hits for himself and for other artists.
