Paramore has dropped a new song this morning. The release of the new single, ‘Hard Times’ officially signals the arrival of their upcoming album After Laughter (to be released May 12), their first album in 4 years.

The band already started to to tease their return earlier this week by gradually unveiling mysterious new artwork. Now, they’ve shared the full image to unveil the new album art and a full video for the track.

Paramore was known to be an emo punk power pop band in the late 2000’s, in the recent years, however, their sound has slowly wandered into tropical electro-pop territory. Hard Times is their most honeyed pop song yet.
