The police are still hunting the Australian rapper named 2Pec.
An aspiring Australian rapper that goes by the stage-name ‘2pec’ was charged by authorities in Queensland after he racked up a large restaurant bill and escaped to pay it by swimming into the sea.
2Pec, real name Terry Peck, ate at the Omeros Bros seaside restaurant in Surfer’s Paradise, Queensland, Australia and was billed 600 Australian dollars (almost P23,000) after devouring two whole lobsters, a baby octopus, 21 vodka oyster shots and “a number of Coronas’.
When he received the large bill, he excused himself by telling the waiters he had to “help a friend give birth on the beach.” He jumped into the sea and swam away. Authorities were called and the police on jet skis chased after him.
The 33-year-old appeared in court yesterday and was charged with theft and two accounts of assault.
