The elderly nuns even went far as to sue Katy Perry in court!

Two elderly nuns that belong to the Order of the Immaculate Heart of the Blessed Virgin Mary have accused Katy Perry of witchcraft. That’s also the reason why the nuns don’t want to sell Perry a property she wants to purchase.

The elderly nuns even went as far to go to court to stop the sale of the L.A. property which they also claim is the property of their order. Sister Rita Callanan, 78, and Sister Rose Catherine Holzman, 86 claim that they would rather sell the property to a restaurant than to Katy Perry who may or may not be involved into witchcraft.

The nuns claim that Perry has joined the Salem Witch Walk in 2014. However, the "Roar" singer denied it. But a photo of Perry during the walk was published in Daily Mail.

During a confrontation to protest her purchase of their former convent.

The nuns even roared back at Perry for not recalling the event, “Come on, you didn't know you were at a witchcraft thing?'. ...”I’m sorry but I am just not into witchcraft and I am just not into people who are into witchcraft. It disturbs me, and that was our mother house and our retreat house and it’s sacred ground”.

However, this morning an L.A. Superior Court judge has sided with Katy Perry in her legal battle with the nuns. And it looks like Perry might get away with the purchase.
