Nobody expected to see the Compton rapper come out.
The Weeknd performed in Los Angeles last night (December 18) as part of his Vevo Presents show. He performed songs from his latest album ‘Starboy’.
During the performance of the track ‘Sidewalks’, The Weeknd brought out legendary rapper Kendrick Lamar to do his featured verse on the song. The crowd doesn’t initially seem to realize that it’s Kendrick rapping in the flesh (usually a DJ just hit play) until he appears from the back of the stage. Watch clips from the performance below.
