The virtual band Gorillaz have increased speculation that they are readying their new album with a mysterious GIF.
Damon Albarn and Jamie Hewlett's animated band kickstarted a flurry of activity across their social media accounts last month, leading many fans to believe that the release of their new album, their first since 2011’s The Fall and 2010’s Plastic Beach, could be coming very soon. They were at it again earlier this week, revealing 'The Book Of Noodle' multimedia project.
Yesterday the band's Twitter page posted a GIF that featured a rotating bike helmet, along with a caption that included an eyes emoji. That’s it below.

Soon to be Gorillaz’ new fifth album, the upcoming project was originally due for release this year, but now looks set to drop next year after animator Jamie Hewlett said it was "really fuckin' special" and "can't be rushed".
