Kid Cudi Calls Out Kanye West & Drake on Twitter

"I need y'all to know I got so many haters within the industry and these clowns know I'm bout to crush their entire existence"

Kid Cudi, the rapper you know from hits like Day n Night and Pursuit of Happiness has said that "the fakes one won't be lasting much longer" in a Twitter rant that specifically called out Kanye West and Drake, saying that they "don't give a fuck about me."

The Cleveland rapper and songwriter launched a stinging attack on his "haters in the industry" in a series of tweets which went on to drop the names of Kanye and Drake. Cudi has worked extensively with the former in the past, last appearing on Kanye's Father Stretch My Hands off the album The Life of Pablo. Kanye has even appeared in Cudi’s 2010 song Erase Me, providing a rap verse, and the two collaborated with Common and Lady Gaga on Make Her Say.

Beginning his online statement by informing his followers of how many "haters [he has] within the industry," Cudi then warned that "these clowns know I'm 'bout to crush their entire existence."

"Everyone thinks they're soooo great," Cudi wrote. "Talkin top 5 and be having 30 people write songs for them. Let me tell you something: The days of the fuckery are over. The fake ones won't be lasting too much longer."

Cudi then went on to claim "I am the culture", before explaining that "I feel fantastic, I feel like taking over" before revealing who his tweets were directed at.

Cudi did however praise a number of artists in one tweet, shouting out the likes of A$AP Rocky "and the whole A$AP family", as well as recent collaborator Travis Scott.

The artist concluded his tweets by declaring: "From here I'll let the music speak. As you were, peace and love to my supporters and true ones."
