Katy Perry Says She'll Collaborate With Taylor Swift

Katy Perry says she is open to working with Taylor Swift — but on one condition.

The Rise singer has suggested she is prepared to end her ongoing feud with Swift and may even collaborate with her in the future … but only if T Swift says sorry.

During a Twitter Q&A on Saturday. A fan asked Perry if she’d be willing to record a song with Swift, who was once her friend. “If she says sorry, sure!” the Grammy-nominated singer replied, sending the Twitter world into a frenzy.

WOAAAHHH,” one fan wrote, while another added, “@katyperry’s responses to tweets are perfect!

The pop stars had a fallout as far back as 2012. Taylor claimed Perry poached three of her backing dancers from her RED tour, and talks of fakeness and tour sabotages erupted. Taylor did made the song and music video Bad Blood aimed at Perry.

Perry watched the events unfold and provided some commentary in interviews over social media. In a Billboard interview in 2015, the Roar singer said that "if somebody is trying to defame my character, you’re going to hear about it.”.

Between 2009 and 2011, the pair were wholesome friends (well, publicly at least), with Katy sending cute tweets to Tay Tay and vice versa on a regular basis. Such as these..
