Taylor Swift Surprises Wedding Couple

Despite being heartbroken due to her recent break-up with Calvin Harris, Taylor Swift still made time to surprise a couple on their wedding day by singing Blank Space?

Blank Space may seem like a terrifying song for a groom to hear on his wedding day, but the Taylor Swift song contained so much sentimential value for the groom whose mother died passed away.

Max Singer and Kenya Smith are New Jersey newlyweds. Back in April, Max’s sister Ali, reached out to Taylor Swift about the death of her and Max’s mother in a touching letter, telling Swift how her brother had wed his wife in the hospital so their mom wouldn't miss out on one of the biggest days of her son's life.

Max and his late mother danced to the then-newly released single Blank Space for their mother and son dance before she passed away. Max was also known to be a Taylor Swift fan.

Months later, the couple threw an actual wedding party with friends and family when a Grammy-winning country singer turned pop star crashed in the nuptials. Max Singer and Kenya Smith were surprised by Swift with a stripped-down performance of Blank Space.

Taylor Swift even gifted the couple with a handmade greeting card, writing “So it’s gonna be forever” with watercolor and a floral circle.

The 26-year old seemed fine at the wedding despite her recent breakup with DJ/Producer Calvin Harris. It was rumoured that Taylor Swift wanted to marry Harris, and that might have been the reason Harris broke up with the singer.

In spite of the heartbreak that Taylor Swift is clearly hiding, she still managed to have a great time at the Max and Kenya’s wedding. The singer even posted her own picture from the party.
