Buzz of the Day: Justin Timberlake Reunites with N’Sync for JC Chasez’s Birthday Bash
There’s one simple way to get Justin Timberlake to sing at your birthday party; Be JC Chasez, and be 40.
The late 90’s boy band (technically) reunited on Monday to celebrate the oldest member of N’Sync, JC Chasez who just turned 40. Justin Timberlake chronicled the event on his Instagram with a classic pic of the quintet smiling for the camera.
“JC's 40th... And, if you don't know now you know…,” Timberlake wrote on the photo, which shows Lance Bass in the back and, in front from left, Chris Kirkpatrick, then the birthday boy, Joey Fatone and Mr Can’t Stop the Feeling himself.
Lance Bass also posted his own photo from the party on his account.
This marked the first time Timberlake, Chasez, Lance Bass, Chris Kirkpatrick and Joey Fatone have appeared in public since their reunion at the 2013 MTV Video Music Awards. 'N Sync went on hiatus in 2002 and hasn't recorded new material since.
And while there’s no way to predict for sure when the band members will “reunite” again in the future, it was announced in June that a Walk of Fame star awaits them in 2017. So it’s not “Bye Bye Bye” forever.
