Killjoys make some noise! It looks like the American rock band who announced their break-up in 2013 has something new and exciting in store!
A compilation album? A surprise tour? A reunion!? The possibilities are endless, but we’re only left with a teaser video and it’s our job to find out what it’s about.

My Chemical Romance’s breakup in 2013 might turn out to be just a hiatus. The emo band seem to be hinting at a reunion by tweeting a 30-second video of a flag with the group’s insignia and revealing the date 9/23/16. This was the band’s first tweet in more than a year.
The band has even deleted the tweet that announced they had broken up and their Twitter bio no longer says 2001 - 2013. On their official website, they opened the community board back up and under tours it says "Check back later", all really good signs!
Whether that September date is the release date for a new album, song, tour, or something else remains to be seen. If it is an LP, it will be the band’s first since 2010’s Danger Days: The True Lives of the Fabulous Killjoys. Details are still sparse, but it looks like things, in fact, are now okay for the band.
So until an official statement is announced, let’s all just wait it out and be happy that something is happening and we won’t have to wait any longer, after all September is just two months away!
