The feast is not exclusive to Cebu; many places all over the Philippines celebrate it too! Here are some:

Ati-Atihan

It is the feast held during the third Sunday in January to honor the infant Jesus (sto. Nino). It is celebrated in Kalibo, Aklan. The word “Ati-atihan” means to be like the “aetas”- one of the first settlers of the the island. This was originally a pagan festival but then Spanish missionaries added a Christian meaning to it.

Dinagyang Festival

Another festival for the infant Jesus, The Dinagyang festival is Iloilo’s version of the Ati-atihan where the people would bring their images of the infant Jesus and parade it on the river of Iloilo. It is usually celebrated on the 4th week of January or right after Cebu’s Sinulog or Aklan’s Ati-atihan.

Kahimunan Festival

Libertad, Butuan City celebrates Kahimunan Festival while Buenavista, Guimaras celebrates the Kinaradto Festival every 16th of January. The infant Jesus is the city’s patron. The celebration consists of the image’s grand parade, procession and competitions just like Cebu’s Sinulog.

Bulacan

The Sto. Nino festival is celebrated annually on the last day of January and is held in Malolos. You get to see exhibits of more or less a hundred images of the infant Jesus dressed in different kinds of clothing. You might as well see a Sto. Nino in a police officer outfit and anything imaginable.
