There is nothing much better than just running away from the city and being one with nature.

It’s not only good for the body; it is also good for the mental state. Being under pressure all the time is not healthy and will contribute to the degradation of your overall health. So why not take a break and head to this wonderful destination?

Bukidnon is known to be landlocked; travelling from one town to another is a challenge and you don’t get to see beaches! However, despite it being like that, you are assured of great spots and views such as caves, landscapes, adventure and amazing culture.  Mind you, this is not a mainstream tourist destination.

Once you get to the place, make sure you visit the Alaum Falls. It serves as a natural boundary between the municipalities of Imasug-ong and Sumilao. The falls is 148 feet in height and is surrounded by a beautiful forest. Make sure you bring a coat since it gets chilly and you might catch a cold.

The entire place is really beautiful, but not really improved by the government as a tourist attraction despite its beauty. The Alaum Falls proves to be a rare gem!
